The Children's Annex, Ellenville site, is the program's Southern Ulster school located in the heart of Ellenville, New York.

This center-based program is a school for preschool and school-age children who are 3 through 8 eight years old and have the educational classification of preschooler with a disability, autism, emotional disability or multiple disabilities.

Uniformity of staff and program development across both of The Children's Annex sites ensures identical classroom structure, teaching philosophy, curriculum, procedures, staffing, related services, and parent support in both locations.

The 3 classrooms at the Ellenville site employ the Intensive Learning Program (ILP) model which is also offered at The Kingston Children's Annex.
